Techo International Airport (Phnom Penh New International Airport) has completed 64.1% of Phase 1 construction, costing $932 million USD. Phase 1 is scheduled for completion by year-end, with operations starting in the first half of next year. Once finished, the airport will be the world's highest-rated 4F-grade airport, relieving operational pressure on Cambodia's airports and boosting international tourist arrivals.
