Cambodia’s international trade volume has reached US$46.8 billion in 2023

In 2023, Cambodia's international trade volume reached US$46.8 billion, and China remains Cambodia's largest trading partner.

According to the latest data released by the General Administration of Customs of Cambodia, Cambodia’s total exports to the international market in 2023 were US$22.644498 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.8%; imports were US$24.18304 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 5%.

The report pointed out that Cambodia’s main trading partners and bilateral trade volume are: China is close to US$12.2 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5%; the United States is US$9.1 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 1.4%; Vietnam is US$6.5 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.3%.

The report also shows that Cambodia’s main export products include clothing and related products worth nearly 8 billion US dollars, More than $3 billion worth of machinery and appliances, and leather products worth more than 1 billion US dollars.
